If your bike is stolen

Police and insurers ask for the frame serial number, purchase date and proof of ownership. Most riders cannot produce any of it. You will have all three.

For warranty claims

A claim is only valid from the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Registration links your serial number to your order, so we can find it instantly.

For resale

A registered bike with a certificate is worth more and is easier to sell. Buyers can verify the serial matches the record.

Where do I find my serial number? The serial number can be found imprinted on the front handlebar stem. Enter it exactly as imprinted, with no spaces.
