EWHIP LIMITED Warranty Policy

TWO-YEAR OR 1,000 KILOMETRE LIMITED WARRANTY

Covered Components: Frame, front fork, battery, and electrical components (including display screen)

Ewhip warrants that the frame, front fork, battery, and electrical components of all new Ewhip are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years or 1,000 kilometres from the date of original retail purchase, whichever occurs first.

Important Warranty Terms:

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable

The original purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims as proof of purchase and warranty date

Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Ewhip's sole discretion

All replacement parts, including frames, will be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period

Warranty service is available exclusively through Ewhip

Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for paying the following costs associated with replacement when not covered under this warranty:

Parts

Labour

Return shipping

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Bikes that have not been properly assembled or maintained

Bikes that have been crashed, neglected, or subject to improper use

Damage caused by improperly installed accessories or accessories not intended for use with the bike

Corrosion

Bikes or components modified from their original condition

LEGAL TERMS

This is the complete statement of Ewhip's warranty for its Electric Bikes. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Ewhip shall not be liable under this warranty for any incidental or consequential damages, nor in any amount greater than the original purchase price of the bike, to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty applies to bikes purchased in Australia and is in addition to any statutory rights the purchaser may have in their state of residence. If any portion of this warranty is not in compliance with local law, that portion shall be reformed or stricken while all other portions remain in effect.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
